About Michele
A trained eye and a genuine passion for color.
I've always lived at the intersection of fashion and art — drawn to the way color works, the way it interacts with light, with skin, with fabric.
I studied fashion merchandising at the University of Delaware, and for as long as I can remember I've been drawn to color — the way it interacts with light, the way it shifts perception, the way the right combination can make everything click. Color theory isn't just something I learned. It's something I genuinely think about. The science behind why certain colors harmonize and others clash, the way undertones interact with fabric and skin, the way depth and brightness change everything — these are the things that fascinate me and form the foundation of every analysis I do.
“My goal isn't just to tell you your season. It's to make you understand color the way I do.”
My Approach
I got certified through the Style Academy International and launched The Frankel Filter with one goal: to bring that depth of knowledge and genuine passion into every session.
Alongside my formal training, I've spent years studying art and developing an eye for color, proportion, and the way visual elements interact — which informs every analysis I do.
When you book with me you're getting someone who has spent years developing an eye for color — and who won't consider the session complete until you fully understand your results. I don't just tell you your season. I walk you through exactly why your best colors work and why your worst ones don't.
